Pitch App Terms of Service

These are the terms between you and Pitch Corporations LLC ("Pitch," "we," "us") for using the Pitch app, dashboard, and microphone (together, the "Service"). By tapping I Accept or using the Service, you agree to them.

1. Who can use Pitch

You must be 18 or older, and you must be using Pitch through a company that has an agreement with us (your employer or the company you sell for). If you're not, you're not allowed to use the Service.

2. Your account

Keep your login private. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.

3. What you're allowed to do

We give you permission to use the app and the mic to do your job — record your sales conversations, see your scores, and use the training. That's a license, not ownership. Don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or build a competing product from the Service.

4. Recording rules

• Only record while working.
• Follow your company's rules about telling customers they're being recorded, especially in states where the law requires it. You are responsible for following the law where you work.
• Don't record people who've asked you not to.
• Don't share, post, or copy recordings of customers or other reps outside the app.

Breaking these rules can get your access shut off and may be against the law.

5. The mic

The device stays the property of Pitch or your company, depending on their agreement. Take reasonable care of it and return it when asked.

6. Your data

• Recordings, transcripts, and scores are business data that belongs to your company.
• You can always listen to your own recordings and see your own scores.
• You can flag a recording as private if it caught something personal.
• How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Coaching is coaching

Scores and feedback are tools to help you sell better. They're generated by software, they can be wrong, and they are not a guarantee of any result. Pitch does not make decisions about your job. Any decision about your employment, pay, or discipline is made by your company under its own policies, not by us.

8. Things we don't promise

The Service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will be error-free or always online. To the fullest extent the law allows, Pitch isn't liable for indirect damages (like lost sales or lost income), and our total liability to you is limited to $100.

9. Ending access

Your company controls your access and can turn it off. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms. When access ends, your data is handled under your company's agreement with us and our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If the change matters, we'll tell you in the app. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.

11. The legal bits

These terms are governed by Utah law. If part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms plus the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Pitch about the app.
